Role Description The Business Development Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad. This role involves identifying and qualifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with prospective and existing clients, and driving revenue growth across the company’s IT services portfolio. The Business Development Manager will prepare and deliver proposals and presentations, negotiate contracts, and collaborate closely with technical and marketing teams to align solutions with client needs. Daily activities include market research, lead generation, pipeline management, and regular reporting on sales performance and strategic initiatives. The role also requires actively representing the company at meetings, events, and digital channels to strengthen brand visibility and partnerships.
Qualifications

Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong business development and sales skills, including lead generation, pipeline management, negotiation, and deal closing.
- Candidates should possess client relationship and communication skills, including stakeholder management, presentation abilities, and professional written and verbal communication.
- Candidates should possess market and strategic analysis skills, such as researching industry trends, identifying new opportunities, and developing go-to-market plans.
- Candidates should possess familiarity with IT services and solutions, including software development, ERP/CRM, AI/ML, data analytics, and digital transformation concepts.
- Candidates should possess organizational and CRM skills, including accurate documentation, forecasting, and use of sales tools and productivity software.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field; MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification is an advantage.
- Proven experience in B2B sales or business development in the IT or software services industry, preferably with international clients.
- Ability to work on-site in Ahmedabad, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and meet targets in a fast-paced environment.
