Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales and Marketing Specialist role based in Surat. The specialist will identify and pursue new business opportunities, manage existing client accounts, and support the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing. Daily tasks include conducting market research, presenting product and service offerings, preparing proposals, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction. The role also involves implementing marketing initiatives, participating in promotional activities, and providing product training or demonstrations to clients and partners. Regular interaction with customers, reporting on sales performance, and contributing to sales strategies are core responsibilities.
Qualifications

Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage prospects, support clients, and build long-term relationships.
- Candidates should possess Sales and Sales Management skills to drive revenue, manage pipelines, and meet or exceed sales targets.
- Candidates should possess Training skills to deliver product demonstrations, guide customers on usage, and support internal sales enablement.
- Relevant experience in sales, marketing, or business development, preferably in a similar industry or B2B environment.
- Ability to work on-site in Surat, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
- Proficiency with basic office software and sales/CRM tools; familiarity with digital marketing practices is an advantage.
- Strong analytical and negotiation abilities, with a goal-oriented and collaborative mindset.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred, or equivalent practical experience.
