Role Description The Sales Associate role at SAARK Consulting Private Limited is a full-time, on-site position based in New Delhi. The Sales Associate will engage with prospective and existing clients, present IT services and consulting offerings, and support the full sales cycle from lead generation through closing. Daily activities include identifying new business opportunities, conducting outreach via calls, emails, and meetings, preparing proposals, and maintaining accurate records in the CRM system. The role involves coordinating with technical and consulting teams to align solutions with client requirements, participating in presentations or demos, and following up to ensure client satisfaction. The Sales Associate will also monitor market trends, competitors, and client feedback to help refine sales strategies and achieve sales targets.

- Organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple prospects, follow-ups, and documentation efficiently.
- Comfort with using CRM tools, productivity software, and online communication platforms.
- Relevant education in business, marketing, IT, or a related field; equivalent experience in sales may also be considered.
- Prior experience in B2B sales, especially in IT services or consulting, is an advantage.
- Ability to work on-site in New Delhi and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
