Key Responsibilities
- Efficiently onboard POSP (Point of Salesperson) and manage channels to enhance business growth.
- Design and implement effective sales plans to achieve or exceed monthly and annual targets.
- Maintain robust relationships with clients, addressing their needs and concerns effectively.
- Leverage expertise in motor insurance products to provide detailed information and advice to clients.
- Analyze market trends to identify new opportunities and strategies for business expansion.
- Utilize CRM tools to track client interactions, report on sales activities, and manage customer data securely.
- Conduct training sessions for teams to boost motivation and enhance their product knowledge and sales skills.
- In-depth knowledge of POSP onboarding processes and channel management strategies.
- Solid understanding of sales planning techniques and target setting.
- Proficiency in customer relationship management practices.
- Detailed knowledge of motor insurance products, regulations, and market conditions.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills to effectively interact with clients and stakeholders.
- Ability to train teams, motivate staff, and lead by example in achieving sales targets.
- Adept at conducting thorough market analysis for territory management purposes.
- Familiarity with various CRM platforms and reporting tools for efficient data management and reporting.
