Inside Sales & Client Acquisition
- Proactively engage with potential clients through cold calling, outbound calls, emails, and virtual meetings.
- Generate new business opportunities by qualifying inbound and outbound leads.
- Convert leads into customers by clearly articulating product value propositions and addressing client concerns.
- Build and maintain strong virtual relationships with clients across the lifecycle.
- Act as a trusted advisor by understanding customer financial goals and offering relevant financial solutions.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through timely follow-ups and service coordination.
- Own the end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
- Negotiate terms, handle objections, and close deals within defined timelines.
- Consistently meet or exceed individual sales and revenue targets.
- Maintain a healthy and accurate sales pipeline using CRM tools.
- Track lead movement, forecast sales, and provide regular pipeline updates.
- Identify bottlenecks in the sales funnel and take corrective actions to improve conversion ratios.
- Work closely with internal teams such as product, operations, and customer support to ensure seamless onboarding.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports and MIS.
- Stay updated on financial products, market trends, and competitor offerings.
- 3-6 years of experience in inside sales or virtual sales within financial services (banking, NBFC, fintech, insurance, wealth management, etc.).
- Strong experience in cold calling, lead qualification, and deal closure.
- Proven ability to build and manage a robust sales pipeline.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Hands-on experience with CRM tools and sales reporting.
- Graduate degree in any discipline; MBA or finance-related background is a plus
