Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Relationship Manager role based in Hubli. The Relationship Manager will manage a portfolio of existing and new clients, focusing on understanding their financial goals and recommending suitable trading and investment products. The role involves regular client meetings and calls, onboarding new accounts, assisting clients with documentation, KYC, and platform usage, and providing timely updates on market movements and relevant opportunities. The Relationship Manager will coordinate with internal teams to resolve client issues, ensure smooth trade execution, and maintain high standards of service and regulatory compliance. Daily responsibilities also include tracking client activity, meeting sales and revenue targets, preparing basic reports, and participating in local marketing or investor education initiatives as required.
Qualifications
  • Strong client relationship management skills, including active listening, clear communication, and a service-oriented approach.
  • Basic to intermediate knowledge of financial markets, equity and derivative products, mutual funds, and investment principles.
  • Comfort using digital trading platforms, CRM tools, and standard office software (e.g., spreadsheets, presentations, email).
  • Proven ability to meet sales or business development targets while maintaining ethical standards and regulatory compliance.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Commerce, Business, Economics, or a related field; relevant certifications (e.g., NISM) are an advantage.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple client requests and follow-ups efficiently.
  • Willingness to work on-site in Hubli and engage directly with local clients and partners.
  • Prior experience in broking, banking, insurance, or other financial services relationship roles is preferred but not mandatory.
