Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and relationship-driven Partnership Associate to expand and manage our B2B partnership network. The role involves identifying, onboarding, and nurturing partnerships with study abroad consultants, education agencies, visa and loan providers, listing platforms, influencers, student communities, and other strategic partners to drive quality student referrals and accommodation bookings. You will work closely with the Sales, Operations, and Business Development teams to ensure successful partner activation, engagement, and long-term growth.

Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and relationship-driven Partnership Associate to expand and manage our B2B partnership network. The role involves identifying, onboarding, and nurturing partnerships with study abroad consultants, education agencies, visa and loan providers, listing platforms, influencers, student communities, and other strategic partners to drive quality student referrals and accommodation bookings. You will work closely with the Sales, Operations, and Business Development teams to ensure successful partner activation, engagement, and long-term growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, prospect, onboard, and manage partnerships with study abroad consultants, education agencies, visa service providers, loan partners, listing platforms, student organisations, influencers, and affiliate partners.
- Build and maintain strong partner relationships to drive consistent student referrals and accommodation bookings.
- Conduct outreach through calls, emails, LinkedIn, networking, and industry events.
- Manage end-to-end partner onboarding, including documentation, account setup, training, and follow-ups.
- Plan and execute partner campaigns, webinars, seminars, pre-departure sessions, and promotional initiatives.
- Represent uhomes.com at education fairs, university engagements, partner meetings, and industry events.
- Collaborate with Sales and Operations teams to ensure seamless execution of partnership initiatives and student support.
- Track partner performance, analyse trends, conduct market and competitor research, and identify growth opportunities.
- Maintain accurate partnership records, activity logs, reports, presentations, and performance summaries.
- Ensure timely planning, reporting, and achievement of partnership goals and assigned targets.
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 0–3 years of experience; fresh graduates with excellent communication and interpersonal skills are encouraged to apply.
- Prior experience in Study Abroad, Overseas Education, Education Consulting, Student Accommodation, Partnerships, or Business Development is an advantage.
- Strong verbal and written communication, relationship-building, organisational, and stakeholder management skills.
- Comfortable with outbound outreach and cross-functional coordination.
- Basic analytical skills with proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.
- Self-motivated, proactive, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to travel as required.
