As a Made in India brand, we are expanding across online platforms, marketplaces, retail partnerships, institutional orders and B2B distribution.

Role Overview

We are an energetic and organised B2B Sales & CRM Executive to help us grow our dealer, distributor, vendor and institutional customer network. The person will be responsible for lead follow-ups, customer visits, order coordination, payment follow-up and ensuring smooth delivery of orders from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities
  • Connect with new B2B leads such as distributors, retailers, vendors, schools, play areas, institutions and bulk buyers.
  • Follow up with interested customers through calls, WhatsApp, email and meetings.
  • Visit prospective B2B customers for product presentation, order discussion and relationship building.
  • Share catalogues, price lists, product details and offers with customers.
  • Maintain customer data, order status and follow-up records in CRM/Excel/Google Sheets.
  • Coordinate internally for order confirmation, stock availability, packaging and dispatch.
  • Follow up for payments and ensure payment confirmation before delivery, wherever applicable.
  • Track deliveries and update customers until the order is completed.
  • Handle repeat order follow-ups and maintain long-term customer relationships.
  • Share daily/weekly sales updates with the management team.
Skills Required
  • Good communication skills in Hindi and English.
  • Comfortable with calls, WhatsApp follow-ups and field visits.
  • Basic knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets.
  • Organised, responsible and good with follow-ups.
  • Sales-oriented mindset with willingness to learn.
  • Presentable and comfortable meeting business customers.
Good To Have
  • Prior internship or experience in sales, customer handling, retail, e-commerce, furniture, toys, kids’ products or FMCG.
  • Basic understanding of CRM tools.
