Job OverviewBusiness Skool is looking for a proactive and result-oriented Business Development Executive (B2B Sales) to drive business growth by acquiring new corporate clients and strengthening relationships with existing ones.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, engaging with business owners and decision-makers, presenting Business Skool's training and consulting solutions, conducting meetings, negotiating proposals, and closing B2B deals.
Key Responsibilities- Identify and connect with business owners, entrepreneurs, and corporate decision-makers.
- Generate new B2B business opportunities through outbound calling, referrals, networking, and lead follow-ups.
- Understand client business challenges and recommend suitable Workshops, Foundation Programs, and Transformation Programs.
- Present Business Skool's business consulting and corporate training solutions professionally.
- Conduct in-person and virtual meetings with prospective clients.
- Prepare proposals, negotiate commercial terms, and close business deals.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with corporate clients.
- Ensure timely follow-up on proposals, payments, and client queries.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth client onboarding and program execution.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, meetings, sales activities, and conversions in CRM or MS Excel.
- Achieve monthly revenue, client acquisition, and sales targets.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong B2B sales, negotiation, and relationship management abilities.
- Ability to identify business opportunities and generate new clients.
- Excellent persuasion and objection-handling skills.
- Strong follow-up discipline and deal-closing capability.
- Target-oriented with a self-driven attitude.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
