Role Overview
We are looking for enthusiastic and driven Sales Associates to join our growing sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating leads, engaging with potential customers, qualifying prospects, and supporting the sales team in driving business growth. This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates and early-career professionals looking to build a successful career in B2B sales and SaaS.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and research potential customers across target industries.
- Generate leads through cold calling, emails, LinkedIn, and other outbound channels.
- Qualify prospects by understanding their business needs and challenges.
- Schedule meetings and product demonstrations for the sales team.
- Maintain and update customer information in the CRM system.
- Follow up with prospective clients and nurture leads throughout the sales cycle.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly outreach and lead generation targets.
- Stay updated on Roadcast's products, industry trends, and competitor offerings.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, Engineering, or any related field.
- 0-1 year of experience in Sales, Business Development, Customer Support, or a similar role.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills and a passion for sales are encouraged to apply.
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
- Good negotiation and convincing skills.
- Basic understanding of B2B sales and lead generation.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and Google Sheets.
- Familiarity with CRM tools is an added advantage.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and eager to learn.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment.
