Role Description:

LanceSoft, Inc. is seeking a dedicated full-time Talent Acquisition Associate - Healthcare Recruiter to join our on-site team in Vadodara. The responsibilities include managing the full recruitment life cycle for healthcare roles, effectively sourcing and screening candidates, conducting interviews, and coordinating hiring processes. The role also involves building strong relationships with both hiring managers and candidates to ensure seamless communication and a positive experience throughout the recruitment journey.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 0–3 months of relevant experience required
• Bachelor’s degree is mandatory
• Ability to work effectively on-site in a team-oriented environment
• Strong negotiation skills
• Willingness to work night shifts
• Excellent communication skills
