Role Description Sales Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Chandigarh. This role is responsible for identifying and engaging prospective clients, including families and caregivers seeking eldercare services, and clearly communicating SilverCare_Eldercare’s offerings and value. Day-to-day tasks include managing leads, conducting consultations, building strong relationships with referral partners. The role also involves participating in local outreach activities, events, and presentations to increase awareness of SilverCare_Eldercare’s services.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess sales and negotiation skills, including lead management, closing techniques, and comfort with setting and meeting sales targets
• Candidates should possess collaboration and teamwork abilities to work effectively with care, operations, and marketing teams.
• Previous experience in healthcare, eldercare, hospitality, or service-based sales is preferred.
• A bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, healthcare management, or a related field is beneficial.
• Ability to work on-site in Chandigarh and travel locally for meetings or events as needed.
