Location: Pune, India | Hybrid

Salary: ₹20L–28L CTC (depending on experience)

As we continue to expand our global Ecommerce capability, we're building a Centre of Excellence in Pune to support our international business with world-class commercial, analytical and digital expertise.


We're looking for a commercially focused Vendor Development Manager to help expand our supplier network and strengthen strategic vendor partnerships.


About the role

You'll identify, acquire and develop supplier relationships that help grow our Ecommerce assortment and improve commercial performance.


Working closely with Portfolio, Commercial and Supply Chain teams, you'll negotiate commercial agreements, onboard new suppliers and develop long-term partnerships that support profitable growth.


This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys commercial negotiation, relationship management and building strategic partnerships.


What you'll be doing

  • Identify and recruit new strategic suppliers.
  • Build and manage a vendor acquisition pipeline.
  • Lead commercial negotiations.
  • Develop annual business plans with suppliers.
  • Manage supplier performance and business reviews.
  • Support new supplier onboarding.
  • Work cross-functionally to launch new products successfully.


About you

You'll bring:

  • Experience in vendor development, business development, procurement or category management.
  • Strong commercial negotiation skills.
  • Experience managing supplier relationships.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management capability.
  • Strong commercial awareness.
  • Experience within Ecommerce or marketplace businesses would be advantageous.
