Key Requirements & Responsibilities

• Targeted Scouting: Hunt and source candidates with specific experience in manufacturing settings and procurement/sourcing roles.

• Proactive Sourcing: Headhunt passive talent using all available channels, networks, and creative sourcing methods.

• High Velocity: Recruit and fill open positions within low turnaround times to meet aggressive team expansion goals.

• EOR Partner Collaboration: Maintain constant communication with our external EOR partner to align on hiring needs and company standards.

• End-to-End Onboarding: Manage the initial onboarding process and coordinate with the HR partner to ensure a seamless transition for new hires.

• Deep understanding of Operations based roles: Have knowledge about the fundamental requirements a role in supply chain/ manufacturing so that the selected candidates are filtered to bring out exceptional talent in a field.

• Experience: Proven track record in technical, manufacturing, or supply chain recruitment.

• Drive: Highly resourceful, self-motivated, and result-driven mindset.

Desired qualifications:

• 3 years+ work experience in hiring and sourcing of candidates.
• Familiarity of working within the manufacturing/ supply chain sector.
• A structured approach to work and a strong aptitude.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
