Role Description The Real Estate Consultant is a full-time, on-site role based in Panchkula. This role involves guiding clients through property transactions, including identifying suitable options, conducting site visits, and explaining key features, pricing, and terms. The consultant will manage listings, respond to inquiries, prepare and review basic documentation, and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth deal closures. Daily responsibilities include building and maintaining client relationships, conducting market research, and providing informed recommendations on property investments. The role also includes supporting sales campaigns, participating in local networking activities, and upholding the company’s standards of transparency and service.
Qualifications
  • Strong knowledge of Real Estate and Real Property concepts, including local Panchkula and Haryana market trends.
  • Proven Sales skills with experience in client acquisition, relationship management, and target achievement.
  • Effective Negotiation skills to handle offers, counteroffers, and closing terms in a fair and professional manner.
  • Ability to provide Training or guidance to clients on processes and documentation, and collaborate with internal teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present information clearly and build trust.
  • Good organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail in documentation and follow-up.
  • Comfort working on-site, conducting property visits, and engaging with clients in person.
  • Prior experience in real estate consulting, brokerage, or property sales is preferred; a relevant degree or certification in business, real estate, or a related field is an advantage.
