Role Overview:

The Senior Business Development Executive (Sr. BDE) will be responsible for engaging with prospective students, understanding their requirements, and guiding them through the program selection and enrollment process. This is a target-driven inside sales role requiring strong communication and follow-through.

Location: Noida sector 2

Working Hours: Monday to Saturday | 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Compensation: Fixed (based on experience and interview) +attractive incentives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with prospective candidates to assess academic and career goals
• Provide accurate information on undergraduate and postgraduate programs
• Manage leads, follow-ups, and conversion pipelines
• Achieve assigned enrollment targets within timelines
• Ensure accurate documentation and a seamless admission process

What are we looking for?

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
• Min 1yr of experience in education sales (mandatory experience in Online Degree Programs).
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
• Ability to work in a performance-driven environment
