Position : Freight Broker / Logistics Coordinator

Location: Mohali, Punjab (On-site)

Responsibilities:

• Manage freight shipments across the U.S.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with carriers and customers.
• Negotiate competitive freight rates.
• Track shipments and ensure timely deliveries.
• Resolve service issues while delivering exceptional customer support.
• Meet and exceed weekly and monthly GP targets.

Requirements:

• 6 months to 3 years of U.S. freight brokerage experience.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Strong problem-solving and relationship-building skills.
• Knowledge of load boards and transportation management systems is a plus.
