Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Junior HR Executive / Recruiter with around 1 year of experience in recruitment and basic HR operations. The ideal candidate should have knowledge of end-to-end recruitment, good communication skills, and an interest in hiring IT/Cyber Security professionals while supporting day-to-day HR activities.


The role will primarily focus on Recruitment (80%) and HR Operations (20%).

Key Responsibilities
Recruitment

·     Handle end-to-end recruitment for technical and non-technical positions.

·     Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, employee referrals, and social media

platforms.

·     Screen resumes based on job requirements.

·     Conduct initial HR screening interviews.

·     Coordinate interviews with hiring managers.

·     Schedule interviews and maintain regular follow-up with candidates.

·     Coordinate offer roll-out and joining formalities.

·     Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.

·     Build a pipeline of potential candidates for future hiring requirements.

·     Assist in campus hiring and recruitment drives whenever required.

HR Operations

·     Support employee onboarding and induction activities.

·     Maintain employee records and HR documentation.

·     Assist in employee engagement activities and celebrations.

·     Track employee confirmation and probation status.

·     Address basic employee queries.

·     Support implementation of HR policies and maintain HR records.

Required Skills

·     Basic knowledge of end-to-end recruitment.

·     Familiarity with Naukri, LinkedIn, and other job portals.

·     Good communication and interpersonal skills.

·     Basic understanding of IT/Cyber Security roles will be an added advantage.

·     Good coordination and organizational skills.

·     Ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously.

·     Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and Outlook.

·     Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Preferred Hiring Exposure

Candidates having recruitment exposure for the following roles will be preferred:

·     Technical Support Engineer

·     Business Development Executive (BDE)

·     Inside Sales Representative (ISR)

·     SOC Analyst

·     Network Security Engineer

·     System Administrator

·     Network Engineer

·     Cyber Security Analyst

Office Timings

·     9:45 AM – 6:30 PM

·     Week Off: All Sundays & 2nd Saturday
