Role Description The HR Recruiter is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida. This position is responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing candidates, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and coordinating selection processes for various roles within the company. The HR Recruiter will collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, prepare job descriptions, and ensure a smooth and efficient hiring workflow. Daily tasks include maintaining candidate databases, scheduling interviews, following up with applicants, and supporting onboarding activities for new hires. The role also involves promoting employer branding, ensuring compliance with HR policies, and contributing to a positive and inclusive workplace culture.

Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong recruitment and talent acquisition skills, including candidate sourcing, resume screening, interview coordination, and selection support.
- Candidates should demonstrate solid communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with candidates, hiring managers, and team members.
- Candidates should have organizational and time-management abilities to handle multiple open positions, maintain accurate records, and meet hiring timelines.
- Candidates should be familiar with basic HR practices, onboarding processes, and adherence to non-discriminatory employment policies.
- Candidates should be comfortable using applicant tracking systems, job portals, and common office productivity tools.
- A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred, along with prior experience in recruitment or HR coordination.
- Knowledge of the real estate or industrial property sector and local talent market in Noida and NCR is an added advantage.
