HR Recruiter

Location: Bhopal (Onsite)

Employment Type: Full-Time(Night Shift)

We're growing — and we need an HR Recruiter who can find and bring in the talent that powers our US IT staffing business, from recruiters to business development professionals.

What You'll Do

• Manage end-to-end domestic recruitment for internal roles — IT Recruiters, BDEs, and support functions.
• Source candidates through job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed), social media, and referrals.
• Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate with hiring managers.
• Manage offer negotiation, documentation, background verification, and onboarding.
• Support induction, employee engagement initiatives, and HR record-keeping.
• Coordinate with the admin/finance team on attendance and payroll inputs.

What You Bring

• 2–3 years of experience as an HR Recruiter, ideally within a staffing or fast-paced corporate setup.
• Working knowledge of recruitment tools, job portals, and ATS platforms.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and time-management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple open positions and hiring managers simultaneously.
