Position: HR Recruiter

Experience Required: Minimum 3- 5 years in end-to-end recruitment

Location: Coimbatore or Thane

Salary Range: ₹18,000 – ₹35,000 per month

• Drive end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Manage multiple hiring requirements across diverse roles and departments.
• Support HR operations such as employee engagement activities, and documentation, while keeping recruitment as the primary focus.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and deliver timely closures.
• Maintain candidate databases and recruitment dashboards for reporting.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and statutory regulations during hiring and HR processes.

• Proven experience (3+ years) in end-to-end recruitment and handling multiple hiring mandates.
• Exposure to HR operations with strong focus on recruitment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage high-volume recruitment pipelines and prioritize effectively.
• Proficiency in job portals, LinkedIn, and other sourcing platforms.
• Techinal role hiring skills preferred but not mandatory.
