Job Description
We are looking for a proactive and experienced Senior HR Executive to manage end-to-end recruitment while playing a key role in employee relations, grievance handling, and HR operations. The ideal candidate should have 3 to 5 years of experience in Human Resources, with strong expertise in talent acquisition and the ability to build a positive employee experience through effective communication and people management.
This role requires someone who can independently manage hiring requirements, resolve employee concerns, support HR initiatives, and ensure compliance with company policies.

NVS is a 19-year-old transportation company that caters to over 30+ schools and corporations that include thousands of employees and parents, currently resulting in over 20,000+ Daily active users. We also have a software business that is 7 years old. We are a growing firm with a pan-India but Bangalore-heavy presence and are constantly innovating. We pride ourselves on providing top-notch feature-rich products and customer-centric reliable services. We are rapidly expanding to top schools, corporations, and new cities.

This role requires someone who can independently manage hiring requirements, resolve employee concerns, support HR initiatives, and ensure compliance with company policies.
Key Responsibilities:Talent Acquisition:-
- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and hiring timelines.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, social media, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes, conduct HR interviews, schedule technical interviews, and coordinate offer rollouts.
- Negotiate compensation and ensure a smooth candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Maintain recruitment reports, hiring metrics, and candidate databases.
- Act as the first point of contact for employee queries and workplace concerns.
- Address employee grievances professionally and ensure timely resolution.
- Foster a positive work environment through effective communication and employee engagement.
- Support conflict resolution between employees and departments whenever required.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, code of conduct, and disciplinary procedures.
- Support employee onboarding, induction, probation reviews, confirmations, and exit formalities.
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
- Draft HR letters, policies, notices, and official communications.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth HR processes.
- Assist in implementing HR policies and process improvements.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable labour laws.
- Prepare and maintain HR reports, recruitment dashboards, and employee-related MIS.
- Support HR audits and documentation whenever required.
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in human resources.
- Strong expertise in end-to-end recruitment.
- Experience in employee relations and grievance handling.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and stakeholder management abilities.
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and HRMS/ATS platforms.
