Role Description The Senior Human Resources Recruiter is a full-time, on-site role based in New Delhi. This role is responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes, including workforce planning, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting candidates for various business units. The Senior Recruiter will collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements, develop job descriptions, and design effective sourcing strategies aligned with business goals. Day-to-day activities include managing job postings, leveraging multiple sourcing channels, maintaining candidate pipelines, and ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process. The role also involves tracking recruitment metrics, supporting onboarding activities, and contributing to continuous improvement of HR and talent acquisition practices to support T&N’s growth.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management for diverse roles and levels.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to partner effectively with hiring managers and business leaders to define role requirements and hiring strategies.
  • Hands-on experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), HRIS platforms, professional networking sites, and other digital tools for talent acquisition.
  • Solid understanding of HR best practices, compliance standards relevant to recruitment and hiring in India.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust with candidates and internal teams.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Analytical skills to track recruitment metrics, generate reports, and use data to improve hiring efficiency and quality of hire.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced certifications in HR or talent acquisition are an advantage.
  • Prior experience in consulting, outsourcing, or high-volume hiring environments is highly beneficial.
