Job Summary:

We are looking for a smart and driven HR Recruiter with at least 2 years of hiring experience in the same company and a strong academic background (minimum 85% in 12th grade). The ideal candidate should be proactive, analytical, and passionate about talent acquisition. You will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates across various roles.

Key Responsibilities:

• Understand hiring requirements and job descriptions for different roles.
• Source candidates through multiple channels like job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and internal databases.
• Conduct initial screenings and evaluate candidate suitability.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers or clients.
• Maintain and update applicant tracking systems or recruitment databases.
• Communicate with candidates regarding job roles, interview feedback, and offer status.
• Work closely with the recruitment team to meet hiring goals and deadlines.

Requirements:

• Minimum 6 months of hands-on experience in recruitment (consultancy or corporate).
• Minimum 85% in 12th grade.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or any relevant field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and job portals (e.g., Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed).

Preferred Skills:

• Exposure to hiring for diverse roles (IT/Non-IT/BFSI/Sales/etc.).
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) or recruitment CRMs.
• Result-oriented with a positive and learning mindset.
