Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and energetic Sales Executive / Business Development Executive to help expand our customer base and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate should have a passion for technology, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build long-term customer relationships while promoting our IT services and cybersecurity solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate new business opportunities through outbound prospecting and lead generation.
  • Follow up on inbound and outbound leads via phone, email, and virtual meetings.
  • Understand customer requirements through discovery discussions.
  • Present and promote cybersecurity, IT infrastructure, cloud, AMC, managed services, and 800ITCare solutions.
  • Coordinate with the pre-sales and technical teams to prepare proposals and quotations.
  • Manage customer relationships, renewals, upselling, and cross-selling opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and sales activities in the CRM.
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.


Required Skills

  • Basic understanding of IT infrastructure and cybersecurity solutions.
  • Strong communication skills in English (spoken and written).
  • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Customer-focused with a results-driven approach.
  • Self-motivated, eager to learn, and capable of working independently.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with customers and partners.

Education & Experience

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Polytechnic Diploma CE
  • B.Tech / BE
  • BBA
  • BCA
  • MBA
  • MCA


Experience:

  • 1–3 years of experience in B2B IT sales, software sales, or technology services.
