Regard Network Solution Limited (RNSL) specializes in Data Centre Infrastructure, Intelligent Rack Solutions, Fire Detection & Suppression Systems, Building Management Systems (BMS), Leak Detection Systems, Electrical Infrastructure, and other critical facility solutions. We serve enterprise customers across telecom, IT, healthcare, manufacturing, government, and industrial sectors.


Role Overview

We are looking for a motivated Growth & Partnerships Executive to drive business growth by acquiring new customers, expanding existing accounts, and developing strategic partnerships across India and international markets.


Key Responsibilities

  • Drive sales of RNSL's products and solutions across enterprise customers.
  • Generate new business while upselling and cross-selling to existing clients.
  • Develop business opportunities in Indian and international markets.
  • Build strong relationships with customers, consultants, EPCs, and channel partners.
  • Prepare sales strategies, customer presentations, proposals, and pitch decks.
  • Manage the complete sales cycle, maintain CRM records, and achieve sales targets.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver customer-focused solutions.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing, or a related field.
  • MBA (Marketing/Business Management) preferred.
  • Minimum 2+ years of B2B sales experience.
  • Proven experience in Data Centres, Telecom, Cold Storage, Critical Infrastructure, IT Infrastructure, ELV, or MEP industries.
  • Existing client pipeline or strong industry network will be an added advantage.
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, Zoho CRM, HubSpot, or similar.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • Willingness to travel across India and internationally.

Compensation & Benefits

  • CTC: Up to ₹6 LPA (based on experience)
  • Attractive performance incentives
  • Probation: 3 Months
  • Travel expenses reimbursed as per company policy
