Fitness Sales Manager

A dynamic leader in the fitness and wellness industry across India, we partner with premium gyms, wellness centers, and lifestyle brands to scale revenue through high-impact sales strategies and client acquisition. Our team operates at the intersection of health, technology, and customer experience—driving membership growth, retention, and strategic partnerships for top-tier fitness brands nationwide.

Role & Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate a team of fitness sales executives to exceed monthly membership and revenue targets.
• Design and execute scalable sales playbooks targeting B2C and B2B fitness consumers across metro and tier-2 cities.
• Partner with marketing and operations to align sales campaigns with brand positioning and customer journey touchpoints.
• Track KPIs (conversion rate, average deal size, churn, sales cycle length) and optimize performance through real-time dashboards.
• Identify new revenue streams—corporate tie-ups, wellness packages, referral programs—and pilot them in target markets.
• Conduct regular sales training, coaching, and role-playing sessions to elevate team performance and objection handling.
