About The Opportunity

Role & Responsibilities

  • Proactively call, qualify, and convert e-commerce leads generated via digital campaigns, marketplaces, and partner channels.
  • Deliver compelling product presentations tailored to prospect pain points — highlighting ROI, features, and use cases.
  • Meet or exceed daily/weekly/monthly sales targets while maintaining high-quality call metrics (talk time, conversion rate, follow-up rate).
  • Log all interactions, update CRM (HubSpot/Salesforce) in real-time, and escalate complex cases to sales managers.
  • Collaborate with marketing & product teams to refine messaging, scripts, and objection-handling playbooks based on feedback and win/loss analysis.
  • Adhere to compliance standards — data privacy (GDPR/India’s DPDP Act), script fidelity, and ethical selling practices.
