This is a remote, volunteer role for a Human Resources Recruiting Legend. The primary responsibilities include managing HR processes, developing hiring strategies, coordinating recruitment efforts, enhancing employer branding, and facilitating clear and effective communication within the organization. You will play a critical role in supporting the team’s growth and mission by recruiting and onboarding passionate individuals.

• Strong skills in HR Management and Human Resources operations
• Experience in Hiring and recruitment processes
• Effective Communication skills to foster clear, inspiring, and inclusive interactions
• Knowledge of Employer Branding to enhance the organization’s public image and volunteer outreach
• Passion for compassion-driven and purpose-driven work
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote setting
• Previous experience in non-profits or volunteer coordination is a plus
