As an HR Executive, you will be responsible for managing the complete employee life cycle and supporting daily HR operations.

Your Key Responsibilities Include

• Handling recruitment, screening, and interview coordination
• Managing onboarding and ensuring a smooth joining experience
• Maintaining employee records and HR documentation
• Supporting performance reviews and feedback processes
• Addressing employee concerns and promoting a healthy work culture
• Assisting with HR policies, attendance, and compliance

• 1 to 3 years of experience in HR or talent management
• Basic knowledge of recruitment processes and HR operations
