Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns for multiple InfozIT Solutions clients and group companies.
- Manage paid campaigns across:
- Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube)
- Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
- LinkedIn Ads (for B2B products)
- Handle multiple ad accounts simultaneously with clear budget and KPI ownership.
- Drive qualified leads, demos, trials, and revenue for different products.
- Define and track CPA, ROAS, CAC, and funnel-level metrics for each account.
- Coordinate with sales, product, and design teams across companies.
- Execute A/B testing on creatives, audiences, landing pages, and funnels.
- Ensure accurate conversion tracking, pixels, events, and integrations (GA4, GTM).
- Prepare account-wise performance reports with insights and next-step actions.
- Identify scaling opportunities while maintaining efficiency across accounts.
- Mentor junior marketers and ensure best practices are followed.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 4–8 years of hands-on experience in performance or growth marketing.
- Proven experience managing multiple brands/accounts simultaneously.
- Strong expertise in Google Ads & Meta Ads (mandatory).
- Experience handling high monthly ad spends (₹10L+ across accounts).
- Deep understanding of funnels, attribution, and customer journeys.
- Proficiency in GA4, Google Tag Manager, Looker Studio.
- Strong planning, prioritization, and time-management skills.
- Excellent analytical and communication skills.
Good to Have
- Experience in EdTech, SaaS, B2B, or Product-based companies.
- Knowledge of CRM integrations (leads → sales tracking).
- Experience with landing page optimization & CRO tools.
- Exposure to marketing automation and email journeys.
