💼 Role: Human Resources Intern

🏠 Mode: Remote

⏳ Duration: 3 Months

🕒 Time Commitment: 18 hours per week

💡 Stipend: Unpaid (focused on learning, skill development, and practical exposure)

📝 Key Responsibilities

Assist in recruitment activities including sourcing, screening, and interview coordination

Maintain HR records, databases, and documentation

Support onboarding and employee engagement initiatives

Research HR trends, policies, and best practices

Work closely with the HR team on day-to-day operations
