Job Description
Talent Acquisition & Sourcing
- Understand manpower requirements for banking-domain roles across levels.
- Source candidates through platforms such as Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals, and internal databases.
- Screen resumes to assess candidate fit based on job specifications.
2. Candidate Management
- Conduct telephonic screenings to evaluate candidates’ experience, skillsets, and interest.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Provide timely updates and ensure a smooth candidate experience throughout the hiring cycle.
