Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Training & Development
- Assist in planning, organizing, and coordinating training programs and workshops
- Maintain training schedules, attendance records, and training materials
- Coordinate with internal trainers and external training providers
- Support evaluation of training effectiveness and prepare basic reports
- Track employee training compliance and development plans
- Assist in the full recruitment lifecycle, including job postings, resume screening, interview scheduling, and candidate communication
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and candidates
- Prepare employment offers and support pre-employment requirements
- Assist with onboarding activities for new hires (orientation, documentation, system access)
- Maintain recruitment records and candidate databases
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases
- Prepare HR documents such as letters, contracts, and reports
- Support HR initiatives and projects as assigned
- Ensure confidentiality and compliance with company policies and labor regulations
- Other tasks may be performed from time to time.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in HR, recruitment, or training support
- ISO Coordination experience is a plus
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality
- Basic knowledge of recruitment processes and training coordination
Work Location: BGC, Taguig City
Work Schedule: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
