Human Resource Manager

Zulton Ventures is a fast-growing multi-venture startup ecosystem working across EdTech, PropTech, Creator Economy, and Technology. We are looking for an HR Manager who can take ownership of hiring and core HR operations while contributing to building scalable internal systems.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment (sourcing, screening, interviews, closures)

• Handle onboarding, documentation, and employee records

• Support day-to-day HR operations and team coordination

• Maintain HR data, reports, and basic compliance processes

• Improve hiring workflows and streamline HR processes

🔹 Requirements:

• 2–5 years of experience in HR (Recruitment + Operations)

• Strong communication and coordination skills

• Hands-on with Excel / HR tools

• Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment

• Practical, execution-driven mindset
