Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Zonal HR Manager based in Delhi, OH. The Zonal HR Manager will be responsible for overseeing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the organization's overall business plan. Key duties include managing recruitment and onboarding processes, ensuring compliance with labor laws, developing employee engagement and retention plans, and overseeing performance management programs. Additionally, the role will involve resolving employee relations issues, managing HR metrics, and collaborating with leadership to enhance workplace culture and productivity.

Qualifications
  • Human Resources expertise, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations
  • Experience in performance management, talent development, and organizational planning
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws, compliance regulations, and HR policies
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills
  • Proficiency in using HR software and tools for data management and reporting
  • Analytical and decision-making skills to handle HR metrics and develop strategies
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
  • Previous experience in managing HR operations across multiple locations is a plus
