Job Description

We Are Looking For Someone Who Can

Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
Manage recruitment and selection process
Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
Ensure a productive and spirited workplace
Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management
Promote corporate values and create a positive work culture
Maintain pay plan and benefits program
Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs
Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics

We Are Looking For Someone With

At least 10+ years of experience in Human Resources (in automotive or industrial manufacturing companies)
MBA - HR degree
Proven working experience as HR Manager
Ability to process ESI policies for factory workers and contract laborers
Expertise in ISO 14001 and EHS procedures
Working knowledge of HR systems and databases
In-depth knowledge of labor laws and best practices
