They act as a strategic partner to align employee goals with organizational objectives.
Key Responsibilities and Duties:Recruitment & Staffing: Managing job postings, interviewing, negotiating salaries, and conducting onboarding for new hires.Employee Relations & Compliance: Handling employee grievances, fostering a positive work environment, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.Compensation & Benefits: Administering payroll, bonuses, health insurance, and other employee perks.Performance & Development: Organizing performance appraisals, training, and development activities to improve employee skills.HR Administration: Maintaining employee records, updating policies, and managing HR software. Required Skills and Qualifications:Communication & Interpersonal Skills: Crucial for resolving conflicts and interacting with all staff levels.Organizational & Time Management Skills: Ability to handle multiple tasks like payroll, compliance, and hiring.Knowledge of Labor Laws: Understanding of employment regulations and legal compliance.Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with HR information systems (HRIS) and payroll software.Education: Typically a bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field.
