Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior HR Executive/HR Manager based in Zirakpur. The role involves managing HR operations, employee relations, and the implementation of HR policies to enhance workplace efficiency and satisfaction. Responsibilities include overseeing recruitment, onboarding, training, and development processes; ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies; and fostering a positive work environment. The candidate will act as a strategic partner to leadership, driving initiatives that support organizational growth and employee engagement.


Qualifications

  • Proficiency in HR Management and HR Operations to handle recruitment, onboarding, and performance management effectively
  • Strong skills in Employee Relations and fostering a positive work environment
  • Expertise in HR Policies and compliance with labor regulations
  • Comprehensive knowledge of Human Resources (HR) best practices and strategies
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to lead and implement HR initiatives aligned with organizational objectives
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Prior experience in a senior HR role is preferred
