Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic HR Recruiter with 2+ years of experience in non-IT hiring. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and the ability to manage end-to-end recruitment processes.

Key Responsibilities

Handle end-to-end recruitment for non-IT roles
Source candidates through job portals, social media, and references
Screen and shortlist candidates based on job requirements
Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers
Conduct initial HR interviews and evaluate candidate suitability
Maintain candidate database and recruitment trackers
Ensure timely closure of open positions

Key Skills

Good communication and interpersonal skills
Strong sourcing and screening abilities
Familiarity with job portals and recruitment tools
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
