Senior Procurement Manager – ITAD Partnerships


Location: Hyderabad (Extensive Travel Across India)

As we continue to expand nationally, we are looking for an ambitious and entrepreneurial professional to lead our corporate procurement and ITAD partnership initiatives.


Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic individual who can build and manage relationships with corporate leadership teams, drive strategic procurement partnerships, and continuously expand our ITAD sourcing network across India.

This role combines relationship management, business development, procurement, and program execution. The ideal candidate should be proactive, quick to learn, comfortable engaging with CXOs and senior management, and capable of developing innovative sourcing programs that create long-term value for both customers and Elima.


Key Responsibilities
  • Build strategic relationships with corporate clients for IT asset procurement and disposition.
  • Engage with CXOs, Procurement Heads, IT Heads, Admin teams, and Sustainability leaders to develop long-term partnerships.
  • Drive continuous onboarding of new corporate customers across India.
  • Design and improve procurement programs that increase customer engagement and asset recovery.
  • Lead procurement initiatives from customer acquisition through execution.
  • Coordinate with operations, logistics, compliance, and finance teams to ensure seamless program delivery.
  • Manage and mentor procurement executives and regional sourcing teams.
  • Travel extensively across India to meet customers, conduct reviews, and strengthen partnerships.
  • Track procurement performance, customer satisfaction, and business growth metrics.
  • Identify new market opportunities and contribute to expanding Elima’s ITAD business nationally.
Desired Candidate Profile
  • 2-3 years of experience in corporate sales, B2B business development, procurement, account management, or enterprise partnerships.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the confidence to engage senior corporate leadership.
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
  • Quick learner with excellent grasping and problem-solving skills.
  • Demonstrated people management and leadership capabilities.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to innovate and improve business processes.
  • Willingness to travel extensively across India.
  • Strong ownership, execution focus, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Language Requirements

Fluency in the following languages is mandatory:

  • English
  • Hindi
  • Telugu (Preferred)
