About the Role

Lead enterprise sales, strategic partnerships, GTM initiatives, revenue growth, and high-performing

business development teams while expanding market presence across India.


Key Responsibilities

  • Own annual revenue, pipeline, and growth targets.
  • Develop and execute Go-to-Market strategies.
  • Identify, qualify, and close enterprise opportunities.
  • Manage the complete sales lifecycle from prospecting to contract closure.
  • Build long-term C-suite relationships.
  • Lead strategic account planning and account expansion.
  • Drive partnerships, alliances, and channel development.
  • Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Delivery, Finance, and Legal teams.
  • Prepare executive proposals, RFP/RFI responses, and presentations.
  • Negotiate pricing, commercial terms, and contracts.
  • Monitor CRM pipeline, forecasting, and reporting.
  • Mentor and coach the Business Development team.
  • Represent the company at conferences and networking events.
  • Analyze competitors and identify new market opportunities.


Required Qualifications

  • 10+ years in Business Development or Enterprise Sales.
  • Consistent record of exceeding revenue targets.
  • Strong B2B consultative and solution selling expertise.
  • Experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zoho CRM.
  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred.
  • Willingness to travel.
