Founding Team Member (Future Co-Founder)

We're building Mandee Mart, a fast-growing B2B marketplace transforming how India's solar industry procures products. We're looking for an entrepreneurial leader who can help build the business from the ground up and eventually become a key part of the company's leadership journey.

• Drive business growth across the solar ecosystem.
• Meet and build relationships with Solar EPC companies, distributors, manufacturers, and channel partners across India.
• Identify new business opportunities and strategic partnerships.
• Expand our supplier and customer network.
• Represent Mandee Mart at industry events, exhibitions, and customer meetings.
• Create engaging LinkedIn and social media content while becoming the public face of the brand.
• Work closely with the founder on business strategy, product direction, and market expansion.
• Build and lead future sales and business development teams.
  

• Entrepreneurial mindset with a long-term vision.
• Experience in B2B sales, wholesale, distribution, marketplace businesses, or the solar industry.
• Excellent communication, networking, and negotiation skills.
• Comfortable with extensive travel across India.
• Confident on camera and interested in creating business content.
• Self-driven, execution-focused, and passionate about building something meaningful.
