Job Title: Finance Analyst – CFO Department

Qualification

US CMA (Qualified)
CA Dropout
CMA Dropout
ACCA

Job Responsibilities

Prepare and analyze financial reports, MIS, and management reports.
Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
Perform variance analysis and provide actionable financial insights.
Support month-end and year-end financial closing activities.
Analyze financial statements and identify trends to support business decisions.
Prepare cash flow reports and monitor working capital.
Coordinate with internal teams and clients for financial data and reporting.
Ensure accuracy of financial records and compliance with accounting standards.
Assist in financial modelling and business performance analysis.
Support CFO Advisory assignments and client engagements.

Required Skills

Strong understanding of Accounting and Finance concepts.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Advanced Formulas).
Knowledge of Financial Analysis, Budgeting, and Forecasting.
Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Experience with ERP/Tally or accounting software will be an added advantage.
