We are looking for a proactive and analytical Operations Executive to join our manufacturing team and contribute to the smooth execution of plant operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day manufacturing operations.
• Coordinate with Production, Quality, Purchase, Stores, Maintenance, Finance, and Logistics teams.
• Prepare product costing sheets and Bill of Materials (BOM).
• Monitor manufacturing costs, yields, wastage, and profitability.
• Handle procurement activities, vendor coordination, and purchase planning.
• Manage inventory, stock reconciliation, and warehouse operations.
• Plan dispatches and coordinate logistics to ensure on-time deliveries.
• Prepare operational MIS reports and maintain ERP records.
• Support GMP, HACCP, FSSAI, and internal quality compliance.
• Identify operational improvements and implement cost-saving initiatives.

Requirements

Experience

• 3–6 years of experience in Operations, Supply Chain, Costing, Purchase, Inventory, or Dispatch.
• Experience in the Frozen Foods, Food Processing, FMCG, or Manufacturing industry is preferred.

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in commerce, Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• MBA in Operations or Supply Chain Management will be an added advantage.
