About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented Finance Executive to join our Finance & Accounts team at Namhya Foods, Gurugram.

Location: Sector 20, Gurugram (Work From Office)

Experience: 1-3 Years

Employment Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain day-to-day accounting entries in Tally ERP/Tally Prime
• Perform Bank Reconciliation (BRS) and ledger reconciliations
• Manage Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable
• Process payment, receipt, journal, and contra entries
• Prepare invoices, debit notes, and credit notes
• Assist with GST reconciliation, return preparation, and compliance
• Coordinate with banks and vendors for finance-related activities
• Support monthly closing, audits, MIS reporting, and financial documentation

Required Skills

• Hands-on experience with Tally ERP/Tally Prime (Mandatory)
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and bookkeeping
• Experience in Bank and Ledger Reconciliation
• Knowledge of GST, TDS, and basic taxation
• Good command of Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, SUMIF)
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Commerce (B.Com) or Finance
• M.Com, MBA (Finance), or CA Inter will be an added advantage

Preferred Experience

• 1-3 years of experience in Finance & Accounts
• Experience in FMCG, D2C, or E-commerce brands is preferred
