About UsRangrez International Private Limited is a rapidly growing fashion jewellery brand with a strong presence in e-commerce, social commerce, and live selling. We are looking for an experienced Senior Accountant who can independently manage the complete Accounts, Finance, Taxation, Compliance, and Inventory functions of the company.
This is an ownership role. We are looking for someone who can take complete responsibility for the finance department with minimal supervision.
Key ResponsibilitiesFinancial Accounting- Manage end-to-end accounting operations.
- Maintain books of accounts in ZOHO,Tally Prime/ERP.
- Prepare journal entries, ledgers, trial balance, and financial statements.
- Handle monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing.
- Perform bank reconciliations and cash flow management.
- Prepare Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, and MIS reports.
- Monitor company expenses, profitability, and financial performance.
- GST filing (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, Annual Returns).
- TDS calculation, deduction, filing, and reconciliation.
- Income Tax compliance.
- Coordinate ROC, statutory, and audit compliance.
- Liaise with CAs, auditors, banks, and government authorities.
- Manage vendor payments and reconciliations.
- Customer receivable management.
- Ledger reconciliation.
- Payment scheduling and approvals.
- Maintain inventory valuation and stock accounting.
- Reconcile physical stock with system records.
- Monitor inward, outward, purchase, and stock transfers.
- Coordinate with warehouse and operations teams.
- Ensure inventory accuracy across all business channels.
- Verify purchase invoices and GRNs.
- Vendor reconciliations.
- Cost analysis and purchase reporting.
- Payroll processing.
- Salary reconciliation.
- Employee reimbursements and advances.
- Daily Sales Reports.
- Inventory Reports.
- GST & Tax Reports.
- Cash Flow Reports.
- Budget vs Actual Reports.
- Profitability Analysis.
- Monthly Management MIS.
- Prepare documents for statutory and internal audits.
- Maintain proper accounting documentation.
- Strengthen financial controls and accounting processes.
- Ensure complete compliance with company policies.
- Strong knowledge of Accounting Principles.
- GST & TDS expertise.
- Inventory Accounting.
- Financial Reporting & MIS.
- Bank Reconciliation.
- Payroll Management.
- Cost Accounting.
- Advanced MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas).
- Tally Prime (Mandatory).
- ERP experience will be an added advantage.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- B.Com / M.Com (Mandatory)
- CA Inter (Preferred)
- CMA (Preferred)
- 5–8+ years of experience in Accounting & Finance.
- Experience in Retail, E-commerce, Jewellery, Trading, FMCG, or Manufacturing companies will be preferred.
- Experience handling high-volume transactions.
- Ability to independently manage complete accounts from bookkeeping to finalization.
