Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Field Sales Executive. The Field Sales Executive will identify and qualify new business opportunities, generate leads, and build relationships with prospective and existing clients for DEONICS’s technology services. Daily responsibilities include conducting virtual and on-site client meetings, understanding client requirements, presenting tailored service offerings, preparing proposals, and following up to close deals. The role involves collaborating with technical and delivery teams to ensure accurate scoping of solutions, maintaining a consistent sales pipeline, and meeting or exceeding sales targets. The Field Sales Executive will also update CRM systems, report on sales activities, gather market feedback, and represent the company in online and offline events or demonstrations as required.
Qualifications

Qualifications
- Ability to understand and sell technology solutions such as software development, web and app development, IT consulting, cloud services, and cybersecurity.
- Strong skills in lead generation, prospecting, client relationship management, and consultative selling.
- Experience in conducting client meetings, delivering sales presentations, negotiating terms, and closing deals.
- Good knowledge of IT services market trends and a basic understanding of IT infrastructure and business processes.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with proficiency in spoken and written English.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities, including maintaining accurate records and sales reports in CRM tools.
- Self-motivated, comfortable working remotely, and able to operate independently while collaborating with internal teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field, and prior experience in B2B field sales or technology services sales is preferred.
