About the Role

Are you someone who enjoys understanding business challenges, building meaningful conversations with decision-makers, and closing high-value deals?

We are looking for a passionate Sales Consultant who will work on qualified pre-sales leads generated through workshops, campaigns, and business events. Your responsibility will be to understand client needs, present the right consulting solution, handle objections, and convert opportunities into long-term business partnerships.

This is a consultative selling role where your ability to influence business owners matters more than cold calling.


Key Responsibilities

  • Convert qualified pre-sales leads into paying clients.
  • Conduct consultative discussions with Business Owners, Directors, and CXOs.
  • Understand organizational challenges and recommend suitable Stratefix solutions.
  • Deliver compelling product presentations and business proposals.
  • Handle negotiations and drive closures.
  • Maintain regular follow-ups using CRM.
  • Collaborate with the Consulting and Pre-Sales teams for seamless client onboarding.
  • Consistently achieve monthly revenue and conversion targets.


What We're Looking For

  • 2–6 years of experience in B2B Sales, Solution Sales, Consulting Sales, Corporate Training Sales, SaaS, Financial Services, or similar industries.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to engage with senior decision-makers.
  • Self-driven, target-oriented, and passionate about consultative selling.
  • Experience managing a structured sales pipeline and CRM is an advantage.
