Job Description
About the Role-
Join UniStreet’s (www.unistreet.in) B2B bulk merchandising division to manage leads, close deals, and maintain strong client relationships.
Responsibilities-
- Handle incoming customer queries (email, calls, WhatsApp)
- Pitch UniStreet merchandise to colleges, corporates & event companies
- Prepare quotations, order briefs & follow-ups
- Assist in lead generation & maintaining CRM records
- Coordinate with design & production teams for client requirements
- Ensure smooth communication until order delivery
Requirements-
- Strong communication & negotiation skills
- Comfortable talking to corporate + college committees
- Basic knowledge of Excel & follow-up discipline
Previous B2B or sales experience is a plus
